Please follow the link to download TRAK Microwave Limited's Stand Terms & Conditions Of Sale. This document applies to all offers made by TRAK unless there is specific agreement to accept an alternative form of the conditions, a specific supplier agreement or overriding contract.

Quotations submitted by TRAK will include the following information and additional conditions:-

Prices for products and services	: Price per
A nominal delivery is offered. This should be confirmed prior to placement of order	: Weeks after receipt of order (ARO)
The offer will be denominated in either GBP, USD or EUR:	: GBP
The validity will be stated in days from date of offer:	: 30 days
The price basis will be stated as; Firm & Fixed, Firm subject to escalation, Budgetary etc:	: Firm & Fixed
The delivery terms will be subject to INCOTERMS 2000 e.g. EXW, DDU, FCA including a reference place:	: EXW TRAK Dundee
Where export licences and EUU are required this will be clearly stated:	: Included whether applicable or otherwise
Payment terms will be stated in terms of the maximum time after delivery of goods NB Where a Letter of Credit is required a validity period will be requested to include processing times	: 30 days nett
The warranty period if different for the Standard terms & Conditions Of Sale	:13 months from dispatch from TRAK
