Low IM Single Junction Drop-In Isolator with 30dB Attenuator

TRAK Microwave Ltd have developed a low loss low IM drop-in isolator with integral 30dB attenuator on port 3. The part handles 70W continuous reverse power and 100W reverse power for 2 seconds maximum. Covering a frequency band of 869-894Mhz, the third order IM is -70dBc Max with two 45dBm test tones with a 2Mhz spacing.
